I found your page through Konrad Lawson's site. Even my aged auntie still calls my grandmother's place home. You might like a British drama that came in two or three parts and was broadcast in Britain last winter. It's called The Little Prince and it's about Queen Victoria's great grandson, a prince who had learning difficulties. It's set around the time of the first world war and the Russian revolution. I guess they'll be showing it in North America too as British tv makes a lot of money that way.
