		<description>I'm so glad you enjoyed Patrick Jones, I'm glad you had the opportunity to go, and I'm glad it was worthwhile.  I am also really glad to see your comments on how important librarians can be in the lives of young people.  I know first hand that libraries can change lives, because the library and network television were the only things I really had in my life as a child that I could count on.  I think part of my "administration" job struggle is my belief that if you aren't serving kids, you aren't making a difference.  Anyway, I'm happy you got to go and a little jealous that I wasn't part of the party, but I've been exposed to those ideas for years, and somebody has to stay home and mind the desk!</description>
