I think you did the right thing to give the lady a free copy and her money back. Next time you see a problem like this, please let me know so I can get it fixed before other patrons are inconvenienced. You could also have made the choice to go ahead and change the copier on the machine, provided you or Matt knew how to do it. So I am empowering you for the future! Woo! You go, girl!
