So, I’m not a real big Oprah fan. I mean, it’s great all the charities, book clubs and whatnot but there’s just so much crying on her show. Anyway, she has a very dandy magazine called “O”. The December issue has a little blurb in it about Yoga hybrids. It’s not that I’m a purist or anything but some of these just sound really kooky. I mean, YoChi or Yogilates ok but Yotox? Punk Rock Yoga? Yoga and Chocolate? What the hell? Doga’s cute though. Maybe I should try it on Turbo. I mean…no, nevermind.
