I wasn't too worried after checking the e-e website. Low alkalinity levels mean higher acidity levels, if my 5th grade science class memories are correct. My sister did the same thing- texting me telling me to fill all my containers with water that the city’s water was going out soon. I wasn’t too worried after checking the e-e website.
