I know better that most how hard you've been working on that house and floors lately. How bad is it - can it be fixed? Does your insurance cover it? It makes it double hard for us to be so far away, with no possibility of helping you in any way. The only thing we can help with is the money situation. Maybe it's best for you all to move into our house just now, at least until you can get the situation properly assessed. Please keep us informed. To make you feel better, google Bangledesh or northern China floods and watch people floating down a river on their own roofs - it might put things into a bit of perspective. I can't imagine, however, facing all the issues you are with flooding - especially after all your wonderful floor work!! I really hope the damage is minimal... I am so sorry to hear about all this!
